The lack of a fridge and the ineffective AC added to the discomfort. However, the walk-in shower was a nice touch. The service was a mix; some staff seemed uncomfortable around me as a deaf guest, but others were sweet, smiling, and very helpful during my brief stay. The location, although quiet and clean, was not very convenient for accessing major sites or restaurants. On the bright side, the hotel was close to Metro stops.
